A multi-award-winning, Board-Certified Protection Professional and Master Security Instructor, I'm the founder of FinCor Consulting, an independent practice advancing professional standards and operational excellence across the security industry. With 30 years in corporate security and risk management, I've built and led programmes in Fortune 500 and critical infrastructure environments, including Amazon AWS, Dell, Workday, Amgen, UPS, and State Street Bank, where clarity, structure, and resilience were non-negotiable.
I bring a rare mix of lived leadership experience and academic grounding, translating global frameworks and regulation into day-to-day operational delivery, and bridging the gap between boardroom decisions and frontline performance. My philosophy is simple: you get the service you tolerate. As Europe Co-Chair of IFPO, a Director of the Security Institute of Ireland, and a Fellow of ISRM (with past leadership roles in ISRM and ASIS Ireland Chapters), I help organisations move beyond compliance and build security programmes that deliver measurable trust, resilience, and confidence.
