FinCor is led by Finbarr McCarthy, an award-winning security leader, consultant and trainer with more than 30 years of experience across corporate security, security systems, data centres and contracted security services.
His career includes senior security leadership roles within global organisations, where he was responsible for selecting, managing, measuring and improving security services across complex operations.
This client-side experience now informs FinCor’s practical training and consulting. It provides security programme managers, service providers and frontline professionals with insight grounded in operational reality rather than theory alone.
